DAY IN THE DIRT – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR A GOOD TIME!

Saturday August 22^nd, 2009, 9.00am – 5.00pm

Scout Hall, off Larapinta Drive

We need you, your spouses, kids, friends, grannies and anyone else who’d enjoy helping at our big annual mountain bike event.  What better things would you want to do than spend a day in our great outdoors with friendly people!

Helpers are needed for the following:

• Cooking meals and snacks for the Tucker Van
• Helping out in the tucker van on the day
• Preparation in the week before
• Setting up and packing up on the day
• Staffing Checkpoints
• Start and finish marshalling
• Assisting in the Timing area
• Cleaning the toilets (OK, OK – I’ll do that!)
• And lots more

A couple of hours would be good – even more would be great!
